This site is located at the southeast corner of South Lamar Blvd and Evergreen Ave. It is the former location of B&M Transmission. The applicant filed for a site plan exemption as a remodel. The City denied the site plan exemption application three times because the "remodeling" was too extensive to qualify for an remodel exemption from the site plan requirements. However, the City finally approved the application, but how the project qualifies for the exemption is still a mystery based on the "before demolition" and "under construction" photos to the left. |
